I had a mostly pleasant stay at the Embassy Suites in Denver. the location is fantastic and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of some areas, and the parking situation was quite pricey. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Rooms

My room was spacious with a beautiful mountain view, including a wet bar, microwave, and mini-fridge. However, I did find that the furnishings were somewhat dated, and I noticed some cleanliness issues. like dingy shower heads and mold in areas.
Service
6.0
The staff members were generally friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, during my stay, I encountered some inconsistencies with housekeeping service. they left my door open after cleaning, and it felt like the cleaning was a bit rushed.
Location

The hotel's location is really unbeatable. right near the entertainment on 16th Street and within walking distance to the theatre. I loved being able to use the shuttle service for easy travel around downtown.
Dining

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered good quality options. but I noticed that the breakfast and happy hour food lacked variety over my stay. The restaurant next door smelled amazing, but I didn’t get a chance to try it.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has nice facilities, including a spacious lobby area for socializing. but I was put off by the $50 parking fee and the lack of self-parking options nearby.

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a fridge, microwave, and coffee pod area, which made it convenient for families. However, I had a few issues with housekeeping and pool temperature. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was ideal for exploring downtown Denver.

Rooms

My king bed room was fantastic, complete with a separate living area, large TVs, and a well-thought-out desk space. The only drawback was some inconsistency in housekeeping that impacted my comfort.
Service
10.0
The staff, particularly at the front desk, were welcoming and eager to assist. The general manager was very approachable and took the time to help with local recommendations.
Location
9.0
The hotel's downtown location is perfect for exploring, with shops, restaurants, and the convention center just a short walk away. I loved being near the 16th Street Mall.
Dining

I was impressed with the breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes, which were a delicious way to start the day. The complimentary cocktail hour was also a highlight, though I wished for more variety on some evenings.
Facilities

The fitness center was well-maintained, but the pool temperature was an issue, especially since it was too cold for my group of kids to enjoy. Overall, the facilities were decent.

I had a pleasant stay at Embassy Suites By Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center, with comfortable rooms and great service. The location is excellent, being very close to the convention center and various dining options. However, the noise levels from the city were occasionally distracting, and some areas in the hotel felt a bit outdated. Overall, it was a solid experience, though the breakfast and evening reception could use some improvement. 😊

My King Suite with Mountain View was spacious and clean, featuring a comfy bed and a large bathroom vanity. I appreciated the wet bar, microwave, and mini-fridge, but there were some noise issues from neighboring rooms and street sounds.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided a great dinner recommendation upon check-in and attended to any needs quickly. I noticed they worked hard during the breakfast rush, keeping things tidy.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is perfect, just a block and a half from the 16th Street Mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. It's right across from the convention center, making it ideal for convention-goers like myself.
Dining
7.0
The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, but I found it to be lacking in wow-factor. The evening reception was okay but crowded. I did enjoy a meal from the takeout restaurant on the first floor, though!
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had decent amenities like room service and a welcoming lobby, I was disappointed by the cleaning schedule, which left my room unvacuumed for several days. Some areas appeared a bit worn.

7.4/10

My stay at the Embassy Suites By Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center was pretty mixed. The location is fantastic and the complimentary breakfast was a winner, with freshly made omelettes that fueled my mornings. However, my experience was marred by inconsistent room cleaning and a few maintenance issues that left me a bit disappointed. Overall, I’d say it’s a decent spot, but there’s definitely room for improvements.

Rooms
5.0
The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge, which were super handy. However, it showed noticeable wear and tear and wasn't cleaned regularly, which was frustrating.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. They made an effort to accommodate requests, though my cleaning requests were not met adequately.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location is prime, right in the heart of downtown Denver with easy access to restaurants and attractions. I loved being close to the 16th Street Mall and could walk to many places.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was great, especially the custom omelettes! However, I found the happy hour offerings to be repetitive and could have used more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The pool and fitness center were basic but functional. My biggest complaint was the limited parking options and extra fees, which felt excessive given the room rates.

5.2/10

I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at the Embassy Suites, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore downtown Denver, including easy access to dining options and entertainment. However, I encountered a few issues with the room setup and amenities that left me wanting more.

Rooms
7.0
The room had a Queen bed and a pull-out sofa but felt cramped for three adults. The carpet seemed worn, which was disappointing. Overall, the space lacked the comfort I expected from an Embassy Suites.
Service
8.0
The hotel staff were friendly, and the front desk went above and beyond during check-in. However, I did experience an issue with waiting times for elevators, especially during breakfast hours, which was quite inconvenient.
Location
10.0
The location is unbeatable; it's a short walk to the convention center and close to the 16th Street Mall, providing plenty of dining and shopping options. Plus, getting around via Uber was easy for any places out of walking distance.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast offered a good selection, though the happy hour snacks were decent but ran out quickly. I would have liked to see a more consistent quality during breakfast on my visit.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had nice amenities, like the well-kept lobby and pool area. However, the business center was pretty standard and didn’t stand out. Valet parking was pricey but efficient.
